Incorrect or Missing Products
- For incorrect products or If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier after a formal investigation, We offers a full refund or replacement.
- For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, we will resend the product only.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please ( Contact Us ) within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Resolution: Full or partial refund or replacement based on the extent of the damage. (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
Orders Delayed or not Received
Please ( Contact Us ),If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time (plus an additional 15 business days for any unforeseen delays caused ,which we don't hope to happen, to account for delays) we offer full refund.
Exclusions:
- Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping details or customs issues caused by the recipient are not eligible for refunds.:
- Customs clearance procedures in your country.

If tracking information shows the order is delivered, The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. Please contact your local distributor if still not receive。
Orders Cancellation
We do not accept cancellation, unless you ( Contact Us ) within 2hr before we process your order, and with a very good reason, please place your order thoughtfully, thank you for understanding.
- After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.
- After payment, preorder inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for you.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item or verifying the issue.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
